Our Events Schedule in Canada for Spring to Fall 2026
April 9, 2026The Cloudpermit team is hitting the road this spring, summer, and fall for conferences and expos across Canada.
We’ll be at trade shows, educational events, and industry professional gatherings in the coming months to meet with municipal leaders and local government staff.
Here’s a look at some of the events where you’ll find us throughout the year.
BC Recreation and Parks Association 2026 Symposium
Wednesday, April 29 — Friday, May 1, 2026
BCRPA’s flagship annual event brings together more than 400 parks and recreation professionals, planners, and partners each year for the only conference of its kind in the province.
Our team members with CityReporter, which recently joined Cloudpermit’s online software for local governments, will be at the symposium from April 29 through May 1 at the Fairmount Hotel in Vancouver.
2026 Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators Conference
Monday, May 25 — Wednesday, May 27, 2026
CAMA’s 52nd annual conference and general meeting brings together Chief Administrative Officers, municipal managers, and staff members for professional development, education, and a chance to connect with peers and thought leaders.
This year’s event is taking place May 25-27 at the Whistler Conference Centre in Whistler, British Columbia.
Association of Municipalities of Ontario 2026 Annual Conference
Sunday, August 16 — Wednesday, August 19, 2026
AMO’s 2026 Conference returns to Canada’s capital for an annual gathering of municipal representatives and leaders packed full of education and relevant information about the future of Ontario’s local governments.
Look for us at the conference, which is happening August 16-19 at the Rogers Centre in Ottawa.
Ontario Building Officials Association Annual Meeting & Training Sessions
Sunday, October 4 — Wednesday, October 7, 2026
The Cloudpermit team is heading to Ottawa this fall for the annual builders’ forum and the OBOA meeting, which typically draws more than 500 attendees.
We’ll see you there October 4-7 at Rogers Centre.
